User-friendly statistics and maintenance tool for
websites and intranet

Simplicity is our top priority when developing existing and future tools. By using our tools
in full, your web organisation will be more efficient and thereby save both
time and money. As a web manager, it is easy to delegate ongoing statistics and maintenance work,
thanks to the role-based tools. This is handled automatically via our metadata link, which
means that each editor receives reports for the pages they are responsible for.

Vizzit in Sitevision

Together with Sitevision, we have developed a module that makes it easy to access Vizzit’s tools
directly from the edit mode in Sitevision. This is to facilitate the follow-up work of everyone working
on the website.

How to use the statistics and maintenance tool

Vizzit is divided into two parts, one for maintenance and one for analysis and statistics. The maintenance section aims
to quality assure the content of the website and is role-driven, which means that the tools are linked to the person
responsible for each page. The maintenance section enables you to keep track of when pages
need to be reviewed/updated, who is responsible for the pages and to ensure that the review is actually
done. You can also discover broken links on websites and documents, see which pages remain unvisited over time and which editors are active in Sitevision.

The statistics tool contains traditional web statistics for the entire website. What sets Vizzit apart from other tools on the market is that we have chosen to visualise most of the reports in the tree structure, identical to the one you use inside Sitevision’s edit mode. It includes a larger number of reports, including where visitors come from, how they navigate the site, how long they stay, where they click, and where they leave the site. In short, you will get answers to most of the statistical questions you might have. The statistics tool also includes our most commonly used tool, “Vizzit this page”, which clearly displays page-specific statistics. A tool that is widely used by all editors.

Support for different CMSs
