As a step in Sitevision's expansion in the Nordic region, we acquire Norwegian CustomPublish. Both companies have over 20 years of experience in developing web and intranet solutions for companies, municipalities, regions and authorities.
Sitevision has acquired Norwegian CustomPublish. The deal is part of Sitevision's growth strategy and expansion in the Nordic market. Both companies have over 20 years of experience in developing web and intranet solutions for companies, municipalities, regions and authorities. And now we will be able to offer the Norwegian market a platform and services that have had Sweden's most satisfied CMS customers since 2009.
We are very enthusiastic about the future and are pleased to have a strong team in place in Norway through the employees at CustomPublish.
The acquisition and this fall's migration work does not mean any changes to our customers' current agreements or services. We continue to have a strong focus on Sitevision's customers and partners in Sweden and work as usual to deliver the same high quality and service.
