How to personalize the citizen experience with AI

These were issues that the marketing team at Götene municipality was working to solve - but which proved to be tricky to implement without having a lot (or rather infinite) time and resources.

• News recommendations: to encourage further reading, Göta recommends other relevant content.

The result? Faster route to the right page

Among other things, the time it takes to find your way around the Götene municipality website has been reduced by 31%. 42% of all those who are presented with questions and answers read one of the answers.
