Advania’s previous intranet had become too old and left a lot to be desired when it came to usability and functionality. The goal of the new intranet is to become the hub of the digital workplace, increase employee satisfaction and engagement.

– The intranet should be our natural meeting place. A go-to by linking to other support systems and making information easily accessible and searchable. We already have a high level of employee engagement at Advania and are fully convinced that transparent and accessible internal communication is important for engagement as we grow at a fast pace," says Sofie Frick, Internal Communications Manager at Advania Sweden, and continues:

– Internal communication should reflect the corporate culture we are proud of. Everything to simplify the working day for our employees.

Sitevision became the platform for the new intranet.

– With Sitevision, we got started quickly because there was already so much built-in functionality. At the same time, we were able to be flexible and adapt the solutions to our more specific needs. Among other things, we did this by developing our own modules. For example, we’ve built our entire ISO-certified management system in Sitevision and presented governing documents from Microsoft 365," continues Sofie Frick.

The new intranet should be re-usable. The template package, which was formed in connection with the development, will be available to Advania’s customers in the long term. Really smart and flexible.
