How Sweden’s intranet is doing – Sitevision continues to top the list

Web Service Awards trend survey “How is Sweden’s intranet doing in 2021?” shows that remote working has become the new normal for many people and that the intranets have contributed to it working. Among other things, the intranet has become a hub for keeping the organisation together when many people are spread out. As much as 47% also state that management’s commitment to the intranet has increased during the pandemic.

At the same time, the measurable goals continue to be lacking in many organisations. Only 34% have measurable goals and 17% report them to management. Unfortunately, every sixth planned change to the intranet has also been halted due to the pandemic.

This year, intranet managers around the country are working to continue improving for users. One in five respondents say that they will be renovating their intranet completely in 2022. More than half will make major changes.

Most people like Sitevision best

When asked whether it’s easy to introduce new users, 86% say it’s easy (27 percentage points ahead of the second highest scoring CMS).
